Leo answered my request right away and gave me an estimate over the phone. When he came to the house he explained how he priced his services and gave me choices. I chose to have him wash the windows both inside and out AND pressure wash the screens and clean the tracts. It’s a new construction house and there’s a lot of construction around us, so the windows were very dirty. He did a GREAT job! I will definitely be referring him to my friends and will use him in the future.

  Leo arrived on time and went right to work.  Windows and dryer vent.   Did a great job.  When he came inside to vacuum the window tracks he was thoughtful enough to ask if the vacuum would bother our little dog.  He is a nice friendly man.  We will be calling him again.

 recommends Couldn’t ask for a friendlier, knowledgeable person to make sure my dryer was working as it should.   Leonard cleaned the vent, which goes up through the roof so I couldn’t do it myself, dryer is now drying in one cycle instead of having to add extra time.
